Terms and Conditions – Invoice Payment
This Invoice is issued by Al-Riyadh Master Plumber Co., a licensed and registered plumbing service provider operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. All services described herein were performed by certified Plumber technicians holding valid professional licenses issued by the Saudi Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs.
- Payment Due: The full amount of this Invoice must be settled no later than 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via bank transfer to Al Rajhi Bank (IBAN: SA03 8000 0000 6080 1016 7519), Mada debit card, or in-person at our Riyadh office.
- Late Payment: A late payment fee of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date, in accordance with Saudi commercial regulations.
- Warranty: All workmanship covered by this Invoice carries a 24-month warranty from the date of completion. Parts and materials are covered under the manufacturer's warranty terms. The Plumber team will attend to any warranty claims within 48 hours of notification.
- Scope of Work: This Invoice covers only the services and materials explicitly listed above. Any additional work requested after the initial scope will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from the client.
- Compliance: All plumbing work performed under this Invoice complies with the Saudi Building Code (SBC), the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations, and the requirements of the Riyadh Municipality.
- Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
- VAT: The 15% Value Added Tax applied on this Invoice is in accordance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) regulations of Saudi Arabia. This document serves as a valid tax invoice for VAT deduction purposes.
