Plumber's Notes & Service Summary
This Invoice covers all plumbing services rendered by our licensed Plumber, Mr. Rajith Fernando, at the client's residential property located in Sri Lanka Colombo between 10 June 2025 and 14 June 2025. All materials used are of premium grade and sourced from authorized distributors within Sri Lanka Colombo.
The Plumber has certified that all installed plumbing fixtures, pipes, and connections comply with the Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLS) requirements and the Colombo Municipal Council building regulations. Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any payment received after the due date of 30 June 2025 shall be subject to a late payment surcharge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.
2. All prices quoted in this Invoice are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of materials, labor, transportation within Sri Lanka Colombo, and applicable tools and equipment usage.
3. The 12-month warranty covers defects in workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or third-party interference with the plumbing system.
4. Any additional work requested by the client beyond the scope described in this Invoice will be billed separately with a supplementary Invoice issued by the Plumber.
5. Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka Colombo in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
6. This Invoice constitutes a legally binding document between Colombo AquaFix Plumbing Services (Pvt) Ltd and the client named herein. Retain this document for your records and warranty claims.
