Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued by HydroTech Plumber AG, a registered plumber and sanitary installation company operating in Zurich, Switzerland. All work was performed in full compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Technical Harmonisation (THG) and the cantonal regulations of the Canton of Zurich.
2. All plumbing materials installed are Swiss-certified or EU-compliant and carry the required SIA and SNF (Swiss Normalisation Federation) markings. The plumber's work certificate has been submitted to the Zurich Building Authority (Bauamt der Stadt Zürich) for the official record.
3. A 24-month warranty is provided on all labour and workmanship. Manufacturer warranties on water heaters and valves are transferable to the property owner and are documented in the attached warranty folder.
4. This invoice is valid for 30 days. After the due date, a late-payment fee of 5% per annum will be applied in accordance with Swiss law. In the event of non-payment, legal proceedings may be initiated in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
