Important Notes & Warranty Information
1. This Invoice constitutes the final and binding financial record for all plumbing services rendered by our licensed plumber, Mehmet Kaya, at the specified property in Kadıköy, Istanbul, Turkey between 10 and 13 June 2025.
2. All work performed complies with the Turkish Building Law (İmar Kanunu), Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) plumbing regulations, and the relevant TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) codes for sanitary installations.
3. The 24-month workmanship warranty covers all labor performed by the plumber. Material warranties are governed by the respective manufacturer terms and are transferable to the client.
4. The gas water heater installation has been certified and registered with the Istanbul Gas Distribution Company (İGDAŞ). The client is responsible for annual gas safety inspections as mandated by Turkish law.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the plumber reserves the right to re-quote material costs due to market fluctuations in Turkey Istanbul.
6. For any disputes regarding this Invoice, the competent courts and arbitration centers of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
