Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Kampala FlowMaster Plumbing Ltd., a registered Plumber and water services company operating in Kampala, Uganda, under the Uganda Companies Act, 2012 (Registration No. 100456789).
2. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under the Uganda Contract Act.
3. All plumbing materials and workmanship are covered under a 12-month warranty from the date of final commissioning. The Plumber team shall attend to any warranty claims within 48 hours of notification.
4. This Invoice is subject to the Uganda National Plumbing Code and the standards set by the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS). All materials used comply with UNBS certification requirements for plumbing products in Uganda Kampala.
5. The Plumber services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act, 2006, and all local Kampala City Council by-laws governing plumbing works and water infrastructure modifications.
6. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2000.
7. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of all plumbing services rendered. No additional charges shall apply beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written variation order is executed by both parties.
