- This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for plumbing services rendered by SaiGon AquaFlow Plumbing Co., Ltd. in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all services described herein.
- The Plumber assigned to this job, Mr. Nguyen Duc Hung, holds a valid professional license issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction. All work was performed in compliance with Vietnamese building codes and plumbing standards (TCVN 4513:2012).
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, through the competent court in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the Civil Code of Vietnam.
- The client agrees that the Plumber's assessment and recommendations, as documented in the service report attached to this Invoice, represent the professional judgment of a qualified tradesperson operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must contact our billing department to confirm the outstanding balance before any further action is taken.
