Terms and Conditions – Plumber Services Invoice
- This Invoice constitutes the final and binding agreement between Harare AquaFlow Plumbing Services (the Plumber) and Mutasa Residential Estate for all plumbing work completed in Zimbabwe Harare between 9 and 13 June 2025.
- All work performed by the Plumber is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of final handover. Any defects in workmanship or materials discovered within this period shall be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
- The Plumber confirms that all materials supplied and installed comply with the standards set by the Zimbabwe National Building Code and the Harare City Council plumbing regulations. All fittings carry manufacturer warranties as stated in the attached schedule.
- This Invoice is subject to the general terms of trade of Harare AquaFlow Plumbing Services, registered in Zimbabwe under the Companies and Other Business Entities Act (Chapter 24:15). Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, before escalation to the High Court of Zimbabwe.
- The Plumber reserves the right to suspend any ongoing work if payment for this Invoice or any prior Invoice remains outstanding beyond the stipulated due date. No liability shall be accepted for delays caused by non-payment.
- All work was carried out in full compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Chapter 9:04) of Zimbabwe. The Plumber maintained full public liability insurance coverage throughout the duration of the project in Zimbabwe Harare.
- This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) record-keeping requirements for VAT-registered businesses.
