Notes and Terms
This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement between Constable David R. MacLeod, a retired Police Officer of the Vancouver Police Department, and the North Shore Community Safety Board. All services were performed within the City of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and in compliance with applicable federal and provincial regulations governing private security and consulting engagements.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in accordance with the terms of the service contract.
- All rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Canada Revenue Agency.
- Constable MacLeod maintains full professional liability insurance coverage through the Province of British Columbia and holds a valid security industry license issued by the BC Security Industry Licensing Authority.
- All training materials, strategy documents, and plans delivered under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the North Shore Community Safety Board upon full payment of this invoice.
- Any disputes arising from this invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through mediation in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
