Terms, Conditions & Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Chilean tax regulations (Ley de Impuesto a las Ventas y Servicios, DFL 830) and must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years as mandated by the Servicio de Impuestos Nacionales (SII) of Chile.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de Chile for overdue commercial obligations, calculated on a daily basis from the due date until full settlement.
3. All Police Officer services described herein were performed by a licensed and certified professional holding a valid credential issued by the relevant Chilean authority. The Police Officer maintains full professional liability insurance (póliza de responsabilidad civil) with a coverage limit of CLP 500,000,000, valid throughout the service period in Chile Santiago.
4. The client acknowledges that all security protocols, risk assessments, and training materials provided by the Police Officer are proprietary and confidential. Reproduction or disclosure to third parties without written consent from Mendoza Security & Training Ltda. is strictly prohibited under Chilean intellectual property law (Ley 17.336).
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Chile. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal litigation.
6. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of specific security outcomes. The Police Officer provides professional services with the highest degree of diligence and expertise, but the client assumes residual risk as outlined in Section 14 of the master service agreement.
