Important Notes and Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Democratic Republic of Congo and the professional standards governing the practice of security consulting by former and active Police Officers in Kinshasa.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under DR Congo commercial law.
3. The Police Officer named on this Invoice holds a valid professional license (License No. PNC-CONS-2019-0087) issued by the Ministry of Interior of the DR Congo, authorizing the provision of security consulting services in Kinshasa and the wider national territory.
4. All services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Congo, the National Police Force Act, and applicable municipal regulations of the City of Kinshasa.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. No additional fees shall be applicable unless a written amendment to this Invoice is executed by both parties.
