Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Payment of this Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date, no later than 30 June 2025, in accordance with the applicable German commercial law (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB) and the terms outlined in the Service Agreement dated 28 April 2025 (Contract No. LAS-SEC-2025-0112).
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (Überweisung) to the following account: Bank – Deutsche Kreditbank AG, Berlin, Germany; IBAN: DE44 5001 0517 0000 0000 00; BIC/SWIFT: BYLADEM1001. Please reference the Invoice number INV-2025-BER-04871 in the transfer remarks.
3. In the event of late payment, statutory interest of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank (ECB) base rate shall apply as per § 288 of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB).
4. All services rendered by the Police Officer were performed in full compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). No personal data of third parties is included in this Invoice.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Police Officer services rendered during the specified service period in Berlin, Germany. Any additional services not listed herein require prior written authorization from the client.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding this Invoice, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the Local Court (Amtsgericht) or Regional Court (Landgericht) in Berlin, Germany, as stipulated in the governing Service Agreement.
