1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Kenya Police Service regulations governing the provision of professional security and law enforcement advisory services by a Police Officer to private sector entities within Kenya Nairobi.
2. All services rendered by the Police Officer listed herein were performed in full compliance with the Kenya Police Act, the Private Security Services Act, and applicable Nairobi County by-laws. No official police resources, vehicles, or equipment were used in the delivery of these contracted services.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed by the Kenya Revenue Authority for outstanding tax liabilities.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any dispute regarding the services described must be raised in writing within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Invoice.
5. The Police Officer services described in this Invoice are provided on a personal professional capacity and do not constitute an official act of the Kenya Police Service or the Government of Kenya.
