- All services rendered under this Invoice were performed by duly authorized Police Officers of the Yangon Metropolitan Police Department in accordance with the Myanmar Police Force Act and applicable local regulations in Yangon.
- The Police Officer assigned to each service line item is identified by badge number and rank. Substitution of personnel requires prior written approval from the billing organization.
- This Invoice constitutes a final and binding financial document. Any disputes regarding service quality or scope must be raised in writing within ten (10) business days of the issue date.
- All operational data, incident reports, and security assessments generated during the service period remain the property of the Yangon Metropolitan Police Department and are subject to the Myanmar Official Secrets Act.
- This Invoice is valid for one hundred and eighty (180) days from the issue date. After this period, the Invoice must be re-issued with updated tax calculations.
- The Police Officer services described herein do not constitute legal representation. For legal counsel, the billing organization is advised to engage a licensed attorney of the Myanmar Bar Association.
