Payment Terms & Instructions
Payment Due: Within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice (i.e., by 30 Ashoj 2082 BS / 30 September 2025 AD).

Accepted Methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), Cheque payable to "Dhanraj Shrestha," or Mobile Banking (eSewa, Khalti) for amounts under NPR 50,000.
Late Payment: A penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue amounts as per Nepal's commercial transaction regulations. This Invoice is subject to the terms and conditions of the Nepal Police Service Contract Act, 2074 BS.

3. All training materials, security manuals, and reports delivered under this Invoice are the intellectual property of the service provider and are licensed for internal use by the client only. Reproduction or distribution requires written consent.
4. This Invoice is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue. If payment is not received within the stipulated due date, the client is requested to contact the issuing Police Officer directly to resolve any discrepancies before the matter is escalated to the Nepal Police Administrative Office, Kathmandu.
