2. The Police Officer named herein holds a valid Private Security Officer (PSO) license issued by the Nigeria Police Force, Lagos Command, and is registered with the Lagos State Security Council under License No. LSSC/2024/00891.
3. All services rendered in Nigeria Lagos were conducted in full compliance with the Nigeria Police Act (Cap N112, LFN 2004) and applicable federal and state security regulations.
4. The client acknowledges that this Invoice constitutes a binding financial obligation. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice may be subject to re-evaluation of rates and applicable tax adjustments.
6. The Police Officer reserves the right to withhold final deliverables (including the Security Advisory Report) until full payment of this Invoice has been confirmed in the designated bank account.
