This Invoice is issued in accordance with the General Directorate of Police procurement regulations and the Saudi Arabia Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) e-invoicing requirements. The Police Officer named above is the authorized recipient and accountable officer for all services and equipment listed herein.

All services were rendered within the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia Jeddah. The operational surcharge applies specifically to deployments within the Jeddah metropolitan security zone as defined by the Ministry of Interior circular No. 4471/2024.

Payment is to be remitted via inter-governmental transfer to the account specified below within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly administrative penalty as per Saudi Arabia federal financial regulations.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial record for the services and materials provided to the designated Police Officer under Contract No. GDT-SEC-2025-112. Any disputes regarding line items must be raised in writing to the Jeddah Central Police Station finance office within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this Invoice.

2. All equipment listed in this Invoice becomes the property of the Saudi Arabia Jeddah Police Force upon delivery and acceptance. The Police Officer is responsible for the safekeeping, proper use, and timely reporting of any damage or loss of assigned equipment.

3. This Invoice is subject to audit by the Saudi Arabia General Audit Bureau (GAO) and the internal affairs division of the General Directorate of Police. All supporting documentation, including training attendance logs, equipment serial numbers, and service completion certificates, must be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.

4. The VAT amount stated on this Invoice is calculated at the standard rate of 15% as mandated by the Saudi Arabia Value Added Tax Law. No additional municipal or regional taxes apply within the Jeddah jurisdiction.

5. This Invoice is valid only for the Police Officer named herein and may not be transferred, assigned, or used to settle any other obligation. For verification, contact the Jeddah Police Finance Department at +966-12-640-XXXX.
