Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) of Saudi Arabia. All services described herein were rendered in support of the Police Officer's official duties within the jurisdiction of Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The recipient, Police Officer Major Khalid bin Abdullah Al-Rashid, is authorized to receive and process this Invoice on behalf of the Riyadh General Directorate of Police.
Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified below. Please reference the Invoice number INV-2025-RYD-04872 in all correspondence and remittance advices. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 may incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Saudi commercial law.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for services and goods provided to the named Police Officer in the course of official law enforcement duties in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All items are non-refundable once delivered or services have been rendered.
2. The Police Officer named on this Invoice is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all line items within five (5) business days of receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing to the billing department of Riyadh Security & Public Order Consulting Co.
3. All services comply with the standards set forth by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia and the operational guidelines of the Riyadh General Directorate of Police. Equipment supplied is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
4. This Invoice is subject to the VAT regulations of Saudi Arabia at the standard rate of 15%. The Government Processing Fee is non-negotiable and is remitted directly to the relevant municipal authority in Riyadh.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the Saudi Commercial Procedure Law.
6. This document is the final Invoice for the billing period of May 2025. No additional charges will be applied to the Police Officer for services rendered prior to the date of issue without prior written authorization from the Director of the Criminal Investigation Division.
