Important Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: TPF/DSS/2025/0034) between East African Police Training & Consulting Ltd. and the Tanzania Police Force, Dar es Salaam Regional Command.
2. All Police Officer training sessions were conducted at the Dar es Salaam Police Training Centre, Mbezi Beach, and at the client's designated facilities within the Dar es Salaam urban district.
3. Payment is to be made via bank transfer to: National Bank of Commerce, Account Name: East African Police Training & Consulting Ltd., Account No: 0045-8821-3367, Branch: Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
4. A late payment penalty of 2% per month shall apply to any balance outstanding beyond the due date of 15 July 2025, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Please reference Invoice No. TZ-DSS-2025-04871 in all correspondence and payment remittances.
6. All Police Officer equipment supplied under this Invoice carries a 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Service and maintenance schedules are detailed in the attached Annexure B.
7. This document is subject to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania and any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dar es Salaam.
