Payment Terms & Important Notes
- Payment Method: Bank transfer to IBAN BE68 5390 0754 7034 (BIC: GEBABEBB). Please reference Invoice No. BPSA-2025-0047 in the transfer description.
- Payment Deadline: Full payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date, i.e., no later than 15 July 2025, in accordance with Belgian commercial law (Code de droit économique, Book 22).
- Late Payment: In the event of late payment, statutory interest at the rate prescribed by the Belgian National Bank shall apply, in addition to a fixed indemnity of forty euros (€40.00) for recovery costs, as stipulated under the Belgian Late Payment Directive (Royal Decree of 29 March 2013).
- Compliance: All services rendered under this invoice have been performed in full compliance with the Belgian Law of 12 January 1989 on the transparency of political financing, as well as the regulations governing the financial activities of members of the Brussels-Capital Region Parliament. The Politician's office has confirmed that these expenditures are properly declared in the annual financial transparency report submitted to the Bureau of the Parliament.
- Confidentiality: All strategic materials, polling data, and internal communications prepared for the Politician are subject to a strict non-disclosure agreement. No portion of the advisory work product may be disclosed to third parties without written consent from both the Politician's office and Brussels Political Strategy & Advisory BV.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, in accordance with Belgian civil and commercial law. The parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
- Document Retention: In accordance with Belgian accounting regulations, this invoice and all supporting documentation must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years by both parties.
