Notes & Terms of This Invoice
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Colombian tax regulations established by the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) and applies to all professional services rendered to the Politician in the capacity of a public official of the Republic of Colombia.
2. All services described herein were performed in Colombia Bogotá or in direct support of the Politician's official duties as a member of the Colombian legislative body. The Politician acknowledges receipt of all deliverables referenced in this Invoice.
3. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco de la República for Colombia Bogotá commercial transactions.
4. The Politician's office is responsible for any applicable withholding taxes as mandated by Colombian fiscal law. The amounts shown reflect standard deductions for services provided to public-sector clients in Colombia.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. Any disputes regarding the scope of services or billing accuracy must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. Failure to contest this Invoice within the stated period constitutes full acceptance of the charges.
6. Andes Political Strategy Group S.A.S. maintains full confidentiality regarding all strategic, legislative, and personal information shared by the Politician during the engagement period. This obligation survives the conclusion of the contractual relationship.
