This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code (Proclamation No. 1210/2020) and the Federal Revenue Authority’s invoicing and tax documentation requirements. No additional charges shall apply beyond those listed herein unless a written amendment is executed and signed by both the Politician’s authorized representative and the undersigned director of Horizon Political Strategy & Advisory PLC.
