In the event of a dispute regarding the scope or quality of services described herein, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the competent court of jurisdiction shall be the Local Court (Amtsgericht) or Regional Court (Landgericht) Frankfurt am Main, in accordance with Section 29 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).
This invoice is subject to German tax law. The 19% Value Added Tax (Umsatzsteuer) is applied as per Section 12 of the German VAT Act (UStG). A duplicate invoice may be requested in writing by referencing the invoice number above.
