Important Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the political funding and expenditure regulations of the Election Commission of Nepal and the Office of the Auditor General of Nepal. All services rendered are for official political and public service purposes within the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.
2. The Politician's office reserves the right to verify all service deliverables prior to final acceptance. Any discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of the Invoice date.
3. Late payments beyond the due date shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Nepal's commercial transaction laws.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be generated reflecting any applicable rate changes.
5. All services described in this Invoice were conducted in compliance with the Constitution of Nepal (2072), the Political Parties Act, and applicable municipal bylaws of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
6. The Politician's office confirms that no portion of the services listed herein constitutes a personal benefit and all expenditures are recorded in the official political account as mandated by law.
