Invoice Terms, Conditions & Notes
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) campaign finance reporting requirements applicable to the Politician's registered campaign account.
- Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Manila Political Strategy Group, Inc. at BDO Unibank, Makati Branch, Account No. 1234-5678-9012, or via check payable to "Manila Political Strategy Group, Inc."
- All services rendered under this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Philippine Election Code (Batas Pambansa Blg. 881) and the COMELEC Resolution No. 10745 governing political advertising and campaign expenditures in the Philippines Manila region.
- The Politician is required to report all expenditures covered by this Invoice to the COMELEC's Campaign Finance and Expenditure Monitoring Committee within the prescribed filing period.
- Any dispute regarding the charges listed in this Invoice must be raised in writing within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the Invoice in its entirety.
