Important Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Political Fund Act B.E. 2561 (2018) and all applicable regulations governing the expenditure of political funds by registered Politicians in Thailand. All services listed herein have been pre-approved by the Politician's designated financial officer.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to: Siam Commercial Bank, Account No. 110-3-45678-9, Branch: Sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand. Please reference Invoice No. TBB-POL-2025-0472 on all remittances.
3. The Politician's office is requested to confirm receipt of this Invoice within five (5) business days. Any discrepancies in service descriptions or amounts must be reported to the billing department in writing prior to the due date of 30 June 2025.
4. All services were performed within the Bangkok metropolitan area, Thailand, and are subject to Thai tax law. The Politician is advised to retain this Invoice as part of the official political fund expenditure records for audit purposes by the Election Commission of Thailand (ECT).
5. This Invoice does not constitute a campaign contribution or donation. All charges represent legitimate professional services rendered to the Politician in the course of his official parliamentary duties in Bangkok.
