Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority regulations of the United Arab Emirates and the commercial practices governing professional services in Dubai. All services rendered were performed on behalf of the named Politician in his official capacity as a public servant and policy advisor to the Dubai government.
The Politician's office acknowledges that all deliverables referenced in this Invoice are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the Master Service Agreement (MSA-2025-0112) executed between both parties on 1 January 2025. No portion of the work product may be disclosed to third parties without written consent from the Politician's office.
All rates quoted in this Invoice are exclusive of applicable taxes and levies as mandated by UAE federal and Dubai municipal regulations. The 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) has been applied in compliance with the UAE VAT Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017). The Government Service Levy reflects the Dubai Municipality's administrative fee for professional service engagements.
This Invoice constitutes a final billing for the services period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. Any additional services requested by the Politician's office beyond the scope defined in the MSA will be invoiced separately with a minimum 48-hour advance notice.
Payment Instructions
Kindly remit payment of AED 100,589.25 within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment may be made via wire transfer to the bank account detailed above. Please reference Invoice Number MSAD-2025-00487 in the payment remittance to ensure proper reconciliation by our accounts department.
