Terms and Conditions
1. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at the rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable throughout the United Kingdom.
2. All services are provided under the master service agreement dated 12 January 2024 between West Midlands Political Advisory Ltd. and the Politician's parliamentary office. In the event of any conflict between this invoice and the master agreement, the master agreement shall prevail.
3. West Midlands Political Advisory Ltd. operates as a registered political services provider in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and is bound by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK GDPR in handling all personal data related to the Politician and constituency residents.
4. This invoice constitutes a formal record of services rendered to the Politician for the purposes of parliamentary transparency and, where applicable, must be declared in accordance with the Register of Members' Financial Interests maintained by the House of Commons.
5. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, with Birmingham, United Kingdom, designated as the primary venue for any arbitration proceedings.
