Invoice Terms, Conditions & Notes
- Payment Method: Payment of this Invoice shall be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the HPSAG corporate account at CBZ Bank, Harare Branch, Zimbabwe. Account No: 0045-7821-9934. Please reference Invoice No. ZW-HRE-2025-04782 on all remittances.
- Payment Deadline: The full amount of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest rate of 2% per month as stipulated under Zimbabwe's Debt Collection Act.
- Politician's Office Acknowledgement: This Invoice has been prepared at the request of the Politician's parliamentary office in Harare. All services listed herein were pre-approved in writing by the Honourable Dr. Chikafu's Chief of Staff prior to commencement.
- Confidentiality: All political strategy documents, voter data, and campaign materials associated with this engagement are classified as confidential. HPSAG shall retain all records for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with Zimbabwe's Political Parties Funding Act and the Public Finance Management Act.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through mediation in Harare, Zimbabwe, in accordance with the Zimbabwe Mediation and Arbitration Act. The courts of Harare shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Tax Compliance: This Invoice is issued in full compliance with the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) regulations. A copy of this Invoice shall be submitted to the Politician's party finance committee and to ZIMRA as required by law.
