Invoice Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic services agreement between Professor Dr. Alejandro R. Fernández and Consortium for Advanced Research & Development S.A., both parties residing in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Banco Central de la República Argentina (BCRA) for overdue commercial obligations.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Professor in his capacity as a tenured academic at the University of Buenos Aires, and all intellectual property generated under this engagement remains subject to the terms of the original contract executed in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- The Professor reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice should any clerical error be identified within fifteen (15) business days of the original issuance date.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor may reissue the document with updated tax calculations as required by the Administración Federal de Ingresos Públicos (AFIP) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- For any disputes arising from this Invoice, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, in accordance with Argentine civil and commercial law.
