Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the National Board of Revenue, Government of Bangladesh, and is valid for payment within Bangladesh Dhaka and all districts of the country.
2. The Professor reserves the right to amend the scope of academic services listed herein with prior written consent from the client. Any additional consultancy hours beyond the agreed quantity will be billed at the standard rate of BDT 3,500 per hour.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue balances as per the Bangladesh Contract Act, 1872.
4. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the research monograph, training modules, and policy documents remain with the Professor unless otherwise stipulated in a separate licensing agreement.
5. This Invoice must be presented to the Accounts Office of the Ministry of Education, Bangladesh Dhaka, along with the signed service completion certificate for processing of payment.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the services rendered, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 2001 of Bangladesh.
