Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the People's Republic of China and the local fiscal authority of China Guangzhou. All amounts are denominated in Chinese Yuan (CNY) and are subject to the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) rate of 6% for professional and academic services.
2. The Professor, Dr. Wei Zhang, confirms that all services rendered during the billing period were performed in full compliance with the academic integrity standards of Sun Yat-sen University and the professional conduct guidelines applicable in China Guangzhou.
3. Payment for this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 0.05% per day as stipulated under the PRC Civil Code.
4. The client is requested to remit payment via bank transfer to the account specified above. Please reference the Invoice number INV-GZ-2025-00487 in the transfer memo for proper reconciliation.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Professor-led services rendered between January 1, 2025, and May 31, 2025. No additional charges shall be incurred for the stated service period.
6. In the event of any discrepancy or query regarding this Invoice, the client is advised to contact the Professor's administrative office at Sun Yat-sen University, China Guangzhou, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
7. This document is a legally binding Invoice under the Commercial Law of the People's Republic of China. Retain this Invoice for your corporate tax filing records in China Guangzhou for a minimum period of ten (10) years.
