- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Colombian Tax Code (Estatuto Tributario) and the regulations established by the Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN) for the city of Colombia Bogotá.
- The Professor, as a natural person registered under the Régimen Simple de Tributación, is authorized to issue this electronic Invoice (Factura Electrónica) in compliance with Resolution 000110 of 2016 and its subsequent amendments.
- All services described in this Invoice were rendered by the Professor in his capacity as an independent academic professional. No employment relationship exists between the Professor and the client entity.
- The withholding tax of 4% has been applied as mandated by Article 381 of the Colombian Tax Code for professional services rendered in Colombia Bogotá. The client is responsible for remitting this amount to the DIAN by the 15th of the following month.
- Payment must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will accrue interest at the maximum legal rate established by the Banco de la República for the period in Colombia Bogotá.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, the rates and terms may be subject to revision.
- The Professor reserves the right to intellectual property over all materials, methodologies, and frameworks developed during the engagement, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved under the commercial jurisdiction of the courts of Colombia Bogotá, in accordance with applicable Colombian law.
