Tax Reference: This Invoice is issued in compliance with the Colombian tax regulations administered by the DIAN (Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales). The 19% IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) is applied as mandated by Colombian national law for professional academic services rendered in the territory of Colombia Medellín.
Terms and Conditions of This Invoice
1. This Invoice represents the complete and final billing for all Professor academic services rendered during the period of May 12, 2025, through June 23, 2025, in the city of Medellín, Colombia. No additional charges will be incurred beyond the amounts stated herein unless a written amendment is executed by both parties.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will be subject to a monthly interest rate of 1.675% (the maximum legal rate established by the Colombian Superintendencia Financiera) applied to the outstanding balance.
3. The Professor reserves all intellectual property rights over the curriculum materials, lecture notes, and research frameworks developed as part of this engagement. The client institution in Colombia Medellín receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for internal academic purposes.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent civil courts of Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Colombian Civil Code and the Colombian Commercial Code.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor reserves the right to reissue the document with updated tax calculations if applicable Colombian tax rates have changed.
