Important Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic service agreement (Contract No. MESHU/RES/2025/00312) between Professor Emmanuel K. Mbuyi and the Ministry of Higher Education, DR Congo Kinshasa. All services were rendered within the territory of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Banque Commerciale du Congo (BCC), Account Name: Prof. Emmanuel K. Mbuyi, IBAN: CD00 0001 0002 0003 0004 0005, Branch: Gombe, Kinshasa, DR Congo. Alternatively, payment in Congolese Francs (CDF) may be deposited at the Ministry's central treasury office in Kinshasa.
3. The withholding tax of 10% has been deducted in compliance with the DR Congo General Tax Code (Code Général des Impôts). The Professor is responsible for declaring this withheld amount in his annual tax filing with the Direction Générale des Impôts (DGI), Kinshasa.
4. This Invoice must be settled within 30 calendar days of the issue date. Late payments shall accrue a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service contract. The Professor reserves the right to suspend ongoing academic services in Kinshasa, DR Congo, should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date.
5. A copy of this Invoice shall be filed with the University of Kinshasa's Finance Department and the Ministry's Accounting Office in Kinshasa. The original document must be retained by the paying authority for a minimum of ten (10) years per DR Congo fiscal record-keeping regulations.
6. The Professor confirms that all services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the academic ethics code of the University of Kinshasa and the professional standards governing higher education in DR Congo Kinshasa.
