1. Payment Terms: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date of 15 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as per Egyptian commercial law.
2. Professor's Professional Liability: All services rendered by Professor Dr. Mahmoud El-Sayed Hassan are performed in accordance with the professional standards established by the Alexandria University Faculty of Engineering and the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate. The Professor warrants that all research findings, reports, and advisory opinions provided under this Invoice are original, accurate, and free from intellectual property infringement.
3. Scope of Services in Egypt Alexandria: All on-site services referenced in this Invoice were physically conducted within the geographic boundaries of Alexandria, Egypt. Travel, accommodation, and local transportation costs incurred by the Professor during the service period are included in the rates stated above and are not subject to additional billing.
4. Intellectual Property: Upon full settlement of this Invoice, all deliverables including the research report, workshop materials, training modules, and written feedback documents shall become the property of the Alexandria Research & Innovation Center. The Professor retains the right to reference the work in academic publications with prior written consent.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court in accordance with Egyptian law. Both parties agree to attempt mediation through the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce before initiating formal legal proceedings.
6. Tax Compliance: This Invoice has been issued in compliance with the Egyptian Tax Authority regulations. The VAT number and tax registration details provided herein are valid and current. A stamped copy of this Invoice may be requested for accounting and audit purposes.
7. Cancellation & Revisions: No services listed in this Invoice are subject to cancellation or revision once the service period has concluded. Any amendments to the scope of work must be documented in a written addendum signed by both the Professor and the client prior to execution.
