Please reference Invoice number GHA-ACC-2025-0047 in all correspondence and remittance advices. Cheques payable to "Prof. K. Asante" drawn on any bank operating in Ghana Accra are also acceptable. Mobile money payments via MTN MoMo or Telecel Cash are not accepted for institutional invoices of this nature.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice:
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) tax regulations and the University of Ghana's procurement and payment policies. All amounts are denominated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to the prevailing tax rates as of the date of issue.
2. Professor Asante confirms that all services described herein were rendered in person at the University of Ghana, Accra campus, or at designated venues within the Greater Accra Region, Ghana, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 2% per month as stipulated in the Ghana Accra commercial services agreement dated 1 January 2025.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of services rendered by Professor Asante for the period January through June 2025. No additional charges shall be levied beyond the amounts specified herein.
5. A copy of this Invoice has been filed with the University of Ghana Finance Office, Accra, and with the Professor's personal records. The original document is to be retained by the billing department for a minimum of seven (7) years in compliance with Ghanaian financial record-keeping laws.
