This Invoice is issued by Professor Ramesh K. Sharma, Ph.D., in his capacity as an independent academic consultant and Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. All services described herein were rendered personally by the Professor and are subject to the terms outlined in Contract No. MRA/RES/2025/012 dated 20 May 2025.
The Professor reserves the right to retain intellectual property rights over all original research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and pedagogical materials developed during the course of this engagement. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables solely for internal research and publication purposes within India New Delhi and its affiliated offices.
Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India. The Professor's office shall serve as the primary point of contact for all queries related to this Invoice.
This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, in accordance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) Act, 2017, and applicable provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
