Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Iranian Commercial Code and the regulations of the Iranian National Tax Organization (Sazman-e Omour-e Maliyati). The Professor's services are subject to the academic employment contract registered with the University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated under Iranian commercial law.
3. The Professor reserves the right to intellectual property rights over all lecture materials, research methodologies, and proprietary frameworks developed during the engagement period in Tehran, Iran. A separate licensing agreement may be required for commercial reproduction.
4. This Invoice must be presented to the Iranian Tax Authority for stamping and validation. The client is responsible for obtaining the official tax stamp (Mooarrad-e Maliyati) before processing payment through the Shetab banking network.
5. All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Professor in his capacity as a full-time faculty member at the University of Tehran. The University's Office of Research and Technology Transfer has been notified of this external engagement in compliance with Iranian academic regulations.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the services listed on this Invoice, both parties agree to resolve the matter through the Arbitration Court of Tehran, Iran, in accordance with the Iranian Civil Procedure Code.
7. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice must be generated by the Professor's administrative office in Tehran, Iran.
