Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the financial regulations of the Republic of Iraq and the academic service agreements established between the University of Baghdad and the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research. All services rendered by the Professor were conducted within the administrative boundaries of Iraq Baghdad, and all applicable local tax obligations have been calculated accordingly.
Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank of Baghdad, Branch Al-Jadriya, Account Name: Prof. Dr. Ahmed Khalid Al-Rashid, IBAN: IQ98 BOB 000 123 456 789 012. Please reference Invoice number IQ-BGD-2025-04782 on all remittance documents.
The Professor confirms that all deliverables listed in this Invoice have been completed to the satisfaction of the supervising committee and are ready for final acceptance by the client's designated reviewer.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is valid for payment within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Iraqi commercial law.
2. All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Professor in his official academic capacity at the University of Baghdad, Iraq Baghdad. Intellectual property rights to all research outputs, curriculum materials, and conference proceedings remain with the institution unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the appropriate administrative channels of the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research in Baghdad, Iraq, in accordance with the applicable Iraqi legal framework.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period of 1 June 2025 through 14 June 2025. No additional fees shall be applicable beyond the amounts specified herein.
5. The Professor reserves the right to issue a corrected Invoice in the event of any clerical error, provided that such correction is submitted within seven (7) days of the original issue date.
