Notes, Terms, and Legal Provisions
- This invoice is issued in compliance with Article 21 of Legislative Decree No. 557/1993 (Italian VAT Code) and the electronic invoicing requirements established by the Agenzia delle Entrate for transactions conducted within the territory of Italy, specifically the metropolitan area of Milan.
- The Professor confirms that all services described herein were performed in a professional capacity, independent of any employment relationship with the client, in accordance with Article 2222 of the Italian Civil Code (Contratto d’opera intellettuale).
