Terms, Conditions & Notes
1. This Invoice is issued by Professor Marco Antonio De Luca in his capacity as an independent academic professional providing services to the client listed above. All services were rendered in the city of Naples, Italy, and its surrounding metropolitan area within the Campania region.
2. Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the IBAN specified above. Please reference Invoice No. NAP-2025-0047 in the payment description.
3. In the event of late payment, a penalty interest of 1.5% per month shall be applied in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2002 on late payment in commercial transactions. The Professor reserves the right to suspend any ongoing services until full settlement of the outstanding balance.
4. All intellectual property rights pertaining to the written contributions, lecture materials, and editorial work delivered by the Professor remain the sole property of the Professor unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract. The client is granted a non-exclusive licence to reproduce the materials for internal cultural and educational purposes within Italy.
5. This Invoice is subject to the civil and commercial laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Naples (Napoli), Italy.
6. The Professor confirms that all services described herein comply with the academic and professional standards established by the University of Naples Federico II and the relevant Italian regulatory framework governing freelance academic activity (regime di prestazione occasionale / partita IVA).
7. This document constitutes a valid fiscal invoice (fattura elettronica) in compliance with the Italian Agenzia delle Entrate requirements for electronic invoicing (SDI). A digital copy in XML format is available upon request.
