Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Professor Kenji Tanaka, Ph.D., in his capacity as an independent academic consultant engaged by the Osaka Metropolitan Innovation Council. All services described herein were performed in the Japan Osaka metropolitan area and its surrounding prefectures during the period of April 2, 2025, through June 15, 2025.
The Professor warrants that all research outputs, white papers, and workshop materials delivered under this engagement are original works and do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights. The Council retains a non-exclusive license to reproduce and distribute the white paper for internal governmental use within Japan Osaka.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Japan Osaka Municipal Procurement Regulations (2024 revision). Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-OSK-0487 on all correspondence and remittances.
This Invoice is valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor reserves the right to reissue the document with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed under Japanese national or Osaka prefectural law.
