Important Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS compliance regulations effective from 1 January 2025. The eTIMS reference number is printed on the official receipt copy retained by the Professor's office in Kenya Nairobi.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under the Kenya Contract Act, Cap 23.
3. The Professor reserves the right to intellectual property over all research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and unpublished findings developed during the engagement. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables specified in this Invoice for internal business purposes only.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Branch), and the governing law shall be the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
5. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding statement of charges. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts listed herein unless a written amendment is signed by both parties.
