Terms, Conditions & Payment Notes
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the academic service agreement (Contract Ref: MOED-KW-2025-0112) between Professor Ahmad Al-Rashidi and the Ministry of Education, Research Division, Kuwait Kuwait City. All services described herein were performed within the geographical and institutional boundaries of Kuwait Kuwait City unless otherwise noted.
2. Payment of the full invoice amount of 15,422.000 KWD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the Kuwaiti Commercial Code.
3. The Professor reserves the right to issue a supplementary invoice should any additional services be requested by the client beyond the scope defined in the original contract. Any such supplementary invoice will reference this primary invoice number (INV-KW-2025-00472).
4. All intellectual property, including the Professor-authored technical report and workshop materials, shall remain the property of the Professor unless a separate assignment agreement is executed in writing. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for internal governmental purposes within Kuwait Kuwait City.
5. This invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor may reissue the invoice with updated terms. The client is advised to process payment within the stated due date to avoid any administrative complications.
6. For any disputes arising from this invoice or the underlying services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Kuwait Kuwait City in accordance with Kuwaiti law.
7. The Professor confirms that all services rendered during the period specified in this invoice were performed with professional diligence, academic integrity, and full compliance with the ethical standards of Kuwait University and the Kuwait Kuwait City academic community.
