Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued by Professor Emmanuel A. Okafor, Ph.D., in his capacity as an independent academic consultant engaged by the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria Abuja. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the terms of the Master Service Agreement (Ref: FME/MSA/2025/0112) executed on 15 January 2025.
The Professor confirms that all deliverables listed in this Invoice have been completed, reviewed, and submitted to the designated project officer at the Ministry. The client is requested to verify the quality and completeness of the services before processing payment.
Please note that this Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall attract a late payment penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional academic services rendered by Professor Okafor in Nigeria Abuja. The client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables referenced herein.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Failure to remit payment by the due date shall result in the application of the agreed late payment penalty.
3. The Professor reserves all intellectual property rights over the research methodologies, analytical frameworks, and unpublished data contained within the deliverables, unless otherwise stated in the Master Service Agreement.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004), with the seat of arbitration in Nigeria Abuja.
5. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The jurisdiction of the courts in Abuja, FCT, shall apply to any legal proceedings.
6. The Professor warrants that all services were performed with due professional diligence, academic integrity, and in compliance with the ethical standards of the Nigerian Universities Commission (NUC).
