Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. This Invoice has been prepared in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) guidelines for professional services rendered in Nigeria Lagos. All applicable taxes have been computed and itemized above.
2. The Professor reserves the right to intellectual property over all research outputs, policy briefs, and academic materials produced under this engagement. A non-exclusive license for internal government use in Nigeria Lagos is granted to the client upon full settlement of this Invoice.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, the Professor reserves the right to reissue with updated rates reflecting current Nigeria Lagos economic conditions.
5. The Professor's services under this Invoice are governed by the Code of Professional Conduct of the Nigerian Society of Accountants and the University of Lagos Faculty Regulations for External Consultancy.
