Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Invoice. Payment is due no later than July 15, 2025. A 5% early-payment discount applies if settled within 15 days of the Invoice issue date. Late payments will accrue interest at the rate established by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP (SBS) of Peru.
Important Notes & Terms
- This Invoice is issued in accordance with the tax regulations of the Superintendencia Nacional de Aduanas y de Administración Tributaria (SUNAT) of Peru. The Professor is registered as an independent service provider (régimen de tercera categoría) and is responsible for filing the corresponding monthly tax declarations.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by the Professor in his professional capacity as a full-time faculty member and certified academic consultant. The Professor warrants that all intellectual property contained in the teaching materials, course modules, and written reports delivered under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
- The IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) at 18% is applied in compliance with the Peruvian Tax Code (Código Tributario) and the current IGV rate in effect for the Republic of Peru. This Invoice is valid as a fiscal document (documento fiscal) for the client's accounting and tax-deduction purposes in Lima, Peru.
- Any dispute arising from this Invoice or the services rendered shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil and commercial courts of Lima, Peru, in accordance with the Peruvian Civil Code and the applicable commercial regulations.
- The client acknowledges that the Professor's availability for future engagements is subject to his academic calendar at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and any prior professional commitments. Scheduling requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period of May 12, 2025, through June 13, 2025. No additional fees or expenses shall be invoiced for the scope of work described herein.
