Important Notes & Terms
1. This invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. QNRF-CONTRACT-2025-0891) executed between Professor Dr. Khalid Al-Rashid and the Qatar National Research Foundation, Doha, on 28 February 2025.
2. All academic and research services described herein were performed by the Professor within the State of Qatar, specifically at designated locations in Doha and its surrounding districts, in compliance with Qatar's professional licensing regulations.
3. Late payments on this invoice shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Qatar's commercial transaction laws. The due date of 15 July 2025 is strictly enforced.
4. The Professor reserves all intellectual property rights over original research methodologies, lecture materials, and curriculum frameworks developed during the service period, unless otherwise specified in the master agreement.
5. This invoice must be processed through the Qatar Doha procurement office within the stated payment window. Any disputes regarding the scope of services rendered should be raised in writing within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice date.
6. The Professor's professional license (QP-2019-44521) is registered with the Qatar Ministry of Commerce and Industry and remains valid throughout the billing period.
