Terms and Conditions
- This Invoice is issued by Professor Alexander D. Volkov in his capacity as an independent academic consultant and is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, specifically the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Parts 1 and 2) and the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
- Payment shall be made in full within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue of this Invoice, via bank transfer to the account of the Professor held at the Saint Petersburg branch of the State Savings Bank (Sberbank), Account No. 40817810000000012345, BIC 044030640, Correspondent Account 30101810400000000640.
- All intellectual property rights in the software code, lecture materials, and research outputs described herein shall remain the exclusive property of the Professor, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate written agreement executed in Saint Petersburg.
- This Invoice is valid for presentation to the Federal Tax Service of Russia, Saint Petersburg Directorate, for the purposes of value-added tax deduction and corporate expense accounting under Article 252 of the Tax Code.
- Any disputes arising from the services described in this Invoice shall be resolved through the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, in accordance with the procedural rules established by the Arbitration Procedure Code of the Russian Federation.
- The Professor warrants that all academic services rendered were performed with the diligence and professional standard expected of a full Professor (Zavkafedra) at a state-accredited higher education institution in the Russian Federation.
- This document constitutes a final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered during the period of 1 March 2025 through 31 May 2025. No additional fees shall be incurred beyond the amounts specified herein.
