Invoice Notes & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the professional services agreement (Contract No. MRA-2025-0034) between Professor Alan R. Tan and Meridian Research Institute Pte Ltd, governed by the laws of Singapore Singapore.
2. Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: DBS Bank, Account Name: Professor Alan R. Tan, Account Number: 012-345678-901, SWIFT: DBSSSGSG. Please reference Invoice Number INV-2025-SS-04871 in all correspondence.
3. The Professor reserves the right to issue a revised Invoice should any scope changes be approved in writing by both parties prior to the due date. All amendments to this Invoice must be documented in a formal change order.
4. Late payments on this Invoice will attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month, calculated from the due date of 15 July 2025, in compliance with the Singapore Singapore Late Payment of Business Debts Act.
5. All intellectual property, research findings, and deliverables produced by the Professor under this Invoice remain the exclusive property of the Professor unless otherwise stipulated in the master services agreement. The client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use within Singapore Singapore.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Professor may reissue the Invoice with updated rates and applicable surcharges.
